User Guide - How to activate the integration in the Telavox client

  1. Open your Telavox Flow client img
  2. Go to 'Settings' img
  3. Go to 'Telephony & Audio' img
  4. Go to 'Advanced telephony' img
  5. Go to 'Call widgets' img
  6. Click 'Add call widget' img
  7. Give it an explanatory title, for example "Lime CRM". img
  8. Insert the following URL: limecrm:person.<APP NAME>.<LIME SERVER DNS NAME>?command=softphone&phoneNo=%NUMBER%. Don't forget to remove the placeholders, < >.
  9. Click 'Add call widget' and test it with Lime CRM!
