User Guide - How to activate the integration in the Telavox client
- Open your Telavox Flow client

- Go to 'Settings'

- Go to 'Telephony & Audio'

- Go to 'Advanced telephony'

- Go to 'Call widgets'

- Click 'Add call widget'

- Give it an explanatory title, for example "Lime CRM".

- Insert the following URL:
limecrm:person.<APP NAME>.<LIME SERVER DNS NAME>?command=softphone&phoneNo=%NUMBER%. Don't forget to remove the placeholders, < >. - Click 'Add call widget' and test it with Lime CRM!
