How it Works

• Open the person or company automatically in Lime CRM when answering calls in the Telavox Flow desktop client.

It works by Telavox Flow calling the Lime CRM Desktop client, passing on the phone number of the caller. Lime CRM then searches for matches on that phone number and then opens the found object if a unique hit was found.
